1. ANY AND ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFORMATION REGARDING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, APPLIES ONLY TO THOSE PROVIDED OR OFFERED WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

3. This site may permit you to upload and store certain content, photos, stories, opinions and/or other online materials ("Content"). • Any Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party;
• Any Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity;

• Private information of any third party, including, without limitation, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, Social Security numbers and credit card numbers;
• Viruses, spyware, trojans, corrupted data or any other harmful, disruptive or destructive files; or
• Any Content that in our sole judgment is inappropriate or objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Site, or which may expose Anheuser–Busch or its affiliates or its users to any harm or liability of any type.

4. Except for your Content, as between you and us, Anheuser–Busch is the copyright owner of all content displayed via this site and no portion of this site, including but not limited to the text, images, audio or video, may be used in any manner, or for any purpose, without Anheuser–Busch’s express written permission, except as provided for herein. Without in any way waiving any of the foregoing rights, you may download one copy of the material on this site for your personal, non–commercial home use only, provided you do not delete or change any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices. Modification or use of the material on this site for any other purposes violates Anheuser–Busch’s legal rights.
